The Lord is faithful to all his promises. Psalm 145:13

I love rainbows. They are so amazing the way the light is split into its different colours and whilst each one might be slightly different in size or shape or depth of colour, they all contain the full spectrum of coloured light instantly recognisable as a rainbow. I think it’s an incredibly beautiful reminder of God’s faithfulness to us. God clearly promised Noah that it would be a sign for us to remember the covenant God made with Noah to never flood the earth again and for us now, it’s a beautiful reflection of how God, the Light of the World, can use his light to remind us of his promises and his faithfulness to us and to demonstrate just how much he loves us. So often God seems to put rainbows in the sky just when I need reminding of his faithfulness to me. There have been times when I’ve felt sad or alone and God seems to put a rainbow in the sky ‘just for me’ as he speaks directly to me in that moment.
